Fact of the matter is that anyone who thinks this law is illegal has no knowledge of American history nor of Constitutional law.

The Constitution doesn't say that the States shall choose Electors in such a manner as to "honor the States vote." It's in whatever manner they choose.

And, just a little history lesson for you since I've already taught you Constitutional Law 101, in the beginning for most States there was no "States' vote" at all. Originally, you and I couldn't have voted at all. It wasn't until the early 19th century that normal citizens voted in Presidential elections, in most States.



Read the Article 2 Section 1 Clause 2.
So you did not read my link. The state represents it's voters not the nation. You show you do not understand the difference betwee a state election and a national election
