In all dumbery, can this article get anymore dishonest? Try C Span, she made some salient point about riskassessments, failure mode and advisement relative to impending and calculated risk...,

Her questions to the CEO of Wells Fargo had nothing to do with anything and you are claiming she us knowlegable?
Yes, her questioning was illuminating, IF you had watched it, you might understand what she was driving at, it's ironic that a protector of wealth investment and management would take a "risk" like Keystone, and the defense from Wells Fargo; "well we are not the only investment firm who did it" the stupidity of the answers were breathtaking, understanding failure mode analysis is the center post in this exchange, Adding cheap commentary like the article provided is "instant intelligence, add hot water and stir". Do better, you are among intelligent people here.

I remember not long ago AOC made a smart, if kind-of obvious, point about the New Deal, that it was a good thing because it helped end the Great Depression, but it was also a bad thing because it was discriminatory against African Americans. And of course folks on the intellectual caliber of Daily Wire readers shoot back, "AOC doesn't know if the New Deal was good or bad!"

Clearly these people don't do nuance.
