Exactly ....

"If applicable" ......

It is rarely applicable.

This a crock of shit by some dumbass psycho Leftist on Twitter.

Fuel for the Low IQ extremist on the Left.

Nothing more.
It would be "applicable" according to the law anytime a doctor had to remove an ectopic pregnancy.
In real life it is not rarely applicable it is NEVER applicable because it is fucking impossible.
So why did the dumber than shit RWC's put it in their stupid law?

The "Fucking Bill" does not say "MUST" ......

The "Fucking Bill" says "If Applicable" ......

Sec. 2904.35. A physician who does all of the following is not subject to criminal prosecution, damages in any civil action, or professional disciplinary action, for a violation of this chapter:

(A) Using reasonable medical judgment, believes it is highly probable that the pregnant woman will die from a certain fatal condition before her unborn child is viable;

(B) Performs a surgery, before the unborn child is viable, for the sole purpose of treating the pregnant woman's fatal condition;

(C) Takes all possible steps to preserve the life of the unborn child, while preserving the life of the woman. Such steps include, if applicable, attempting to reimplant an ectopic pregnancy into the woman's uterus.

This has nothing to do with abortion.... ectopic pregnancy is where the egg implanted in the fallopian tube.. instead of the uterus.. this has nothing to do with Choice. It is a medical procedure to correct a life threatening pregnancy making it a viable pregnancy.
There is no medical procedure to take an ectopic pregnancy and re-implant it in the uterus.

Nor is there any reason to think there will be. Much less should legislation be crafted to require a medical procedure that does not yet exist. The legislature is literally making law based on science-fiction.

Why would there be no reason to want to.. My Daughter adopted an Egg.... and is carrying a transplanted fetus.

So please don't assume you know anything about it.

There is legislation in VA and NY that created a new medical procedure... Allow Abortion survivers to die of Hypothermia and dehydration

You do know there are 40,000 abortion survivors,, if they are born in VA today.. the LIVE children will be suffer the same fate as many Jews and Gypsies in Poland and Germany in the 1940s
