This is one tough lady.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has completed a three-week course of radiation therapy for cancer, the high court said in a statementFriday.

The treatment, for a tumor on her pancreas, began Aug. 5 and was administered on an outpatient basis.

No further treatment is needed, according to the court, and Ginsburg “tolerated the treatment well.” “The tumor was treated definitively and there is no evidence of disease elsewhere in the body,” the court said.

The justice underwent surgery for colon cancer in 1999 and in 2009 for pancreatic cancer. Both cancers were detected at an early stage.
