Few people know this, but 50% of SCOTUS time is dedicated to death penalty appeals. This cannot be reduced. We are shorthanded already.

At some point, the SCOTUS' backlog will adversely affect an area of American life that is deeply important to any one of us.

The cure for butt hurts over SCOTUS decisions we don't like is a constitutional amendment to overturn them.

Not a sub rosa plan to repeal Article III on the Judiciary by attrition.

Boy are you wrong on this one.

Remember that the Court picks their cases and if memory serves me they have only taken on one death penalty case under Roberts.
