From your third listed link:
Burr told CBS that despite media reports regarding a number of interactions between Trump and his associates and Russia, he was “unpersuaded” that they could be called collusion given the panel’s findings. He said it was difficult to ascertain people’s motives.

Burr did not say when his panel’s work would wrap up.
So Burr says that in his own personal opinion he doesn't see what we've learned so far "collusion" because the motivations of the individuals involved is unclear...to him. Dems would produce their own counter-report if they were to publish a report right now, and there's no plan to publish a report based on what the Senate panel knows right now.

Curious. Burr seems to be saying it could all be an innocent misunderstanding. It's also, apparently, so dangerous to our national security that they couldn't release a complete report to the public.

I think some fear Mueller could indicate that with Pres Trump as well. "Yes all these people around him might have been guilty of this and that, but the president was naive and not being a politician had no idea what he was doing," thats kind of the fear. As I recall there had been issues with the Hatch Act that were sort of glossed over because Trump was technically still CEO of Trump Inc until Jan 20 2017. Its kind of like how the GOP were so sure Comey was going to send Hillary to the big house but didnt. She got a scolding but not anything illegal. Not saying this will be the case with Trump but its a possibility. He just may have shielded himself with his seeming ignorance.

Well we know that’s flat out not true.

We know for a fact AT LEAST two members of the Trump campaign colluded or attempted to collude with Russia.

Manafort, the chairman of the Trump campaign, was passing internal polling data to the Russians. There is no other word for that except collusion.

Trump Jr., not to mention the others involved, agreed to meet what the believed was a Russian government attorney with dirt on Hillary Clinton as part of Russia’s attempts to help get DJT elected. How is that anything other than collusion?

Not to mention Roger Stone and his Wikileaks shenanigans. Or Flynn and the sanction phone calls.

And that’s likely just the very very tip of the iceberg.

Maybe he could say they have no concrete evidence showing Trump himself colluded with Russia, but it is an absolute fact at this point that several members of his team did.

Trumpers see what they want to see - they have decided to just overlook the fool
