“The Senate Intelligence Committee has issued a subpoena to compel Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, to appear before the panel next month to formally correct false testimony that he delivered last year about a proposed Trump Organization project in Moscow, one of his lawyers confirmed on Thursday.

The subpoena was disclosed a day after Mr. Cohen pulled out of a public hearing scheduled for Feb. 7 before the House Oversight and Reform Committee, citing in a letter from his lawyer, Lanny J. Davis, verbal attacks by Mr. Trump.”

No one threatened the admitted perjurer. That was just Lanny Davis' way of avoiding his client committing further perjury.

Will Cohen appear? 50-50. Will the Senate seek to have him arrested and brought in front of them if he refuses?

Again Cohen is an admitted, and convicted, perjurer.

Mueller and Weissmann threatened Cohen's wife and daughter with prosecution though. Because he had put some taxi medallions in their names.

So, a key subject in federal and congressional investigations going on television and twitter and saying that people should look into the family of a witness in those investigations, set to testify about activities with said key player, is NOT tampering with that witness?
And what did people find when they looked into them?

I don’t think that anyone is looking into them, but that’s not the point.

The point is that a sitting president, and subject of investigations, is trying to intimidate a witness against him IN those investigations. And that is a crime.

Is that too hard to understand?

I understand, and it really IS the point... "look into them" is not the same as "hunt republicans" or "punch a nazi (re: Trump supporter)"

ESPECIALLY when you realize what was found.
