Obama is the one trying to "redefine tax " not Stephanopoulos. When presented with a Websters Dictionaries definition he still cant admit that it's a tax in every sense of the word.

While it may not be a tax in the traditional sense we are used to hearing, it makes no difference. Whether it is a tax or isn't, it has the same effect as one.

Obama got caught trying to defend something absolutely ludicrous. Where are the Obama-tons around here to defend him ?

Well actually, imo, by his own definition it is not a tax. Because it is not for the public good. However, is anyone not surprised that Obama is defending this as not a tax? I mean he said this wouldn't increase the tax burden right? So now he is just requiring people to spend money in other ways that by definition is not a tax. Genius really if you think about it. I mean it open a whole other can of worms and questioning of candidates in the future, but he found his way around this one without raising taxes.....at least for now.

Fox is a new station that consistently misinforms the public and offers no other strong viewpoints.

Fox is biased - but less biased than the other MSM.

But since you have made your statement, lets see one example of misinformation (we assume you mean lie) from the news department at Fox.

Fox is weird. We have all these on at the TVs at work. The *news* portion of Fox is remarkably better than their programming, which is unwatchable IMHO.

MSNBC is just unwatachable, their news is just horrible all-around.

CNN seems pretty biased down the middle but atleast they're not as overt with it, which some could argue is more dangerous I suppose.

We don't really have any good cable channels to watch, which is why I guess I generally stay more up on the fiscal stuff, since it's easier to find a non-artisan source of information there IMHO.

They go to the Obama is a good weenie board and get their lying...err speaking points squared away.

See what these people don't understand is this is a tax on everyone, not just the haves. They don't care though, they claim they have the high ground on morality, and those opposed are greedy racist. Hell I don't think the poor should pay anymore tax, especially if means imprisonment and additional fines if they don't or can't. I mean one can only get so much water from a rock.
