..it's about time.

If this is what happens when Obama "takes over the GM" he should take all the car companies over, because this is good for GM and good for America. It's been a long time since that was true.

And it gets 230 miles per gallon!

But I'm an American. I demand a vehicle that has trouble fitting within it's own lane, parking space, or zip code. Though I rarely leave the pavement, I insist on having an automobile that can navigate the most rugged landscape of Afghanistan. Add to that the fact that it should have the seating capacity to carry everyone on my block, even though I'd never let those wretched little pukes buckle themselves up while sitting on my fine Corinthian leather. 230 miles per gallon is fine, but what good will that do when it doesn't even have space allocated for something as basic as a gun rack?

The car was being designed long before Obama got into office.

Regarding the car itself, it's fine.

40 mile range is perfect for little cities like mine. That's just above how much I drive on a busy day. But overall I think good mileage is a bit overrated. If I like my gaz guzzler, I like my gas guzzler, and I'm willing to shell out an additional 120 a month for it.

Nice, but basically it's an electric car that has to be recharged and where does electricity come from ??????? Most likely coal fired plants. So much for a zero carbon footprint. Also, 40 miles on lithium-ion batteries and then the evil internal combustion demon kicks inn.

Is still 230 MPG AFTER you pay the doubled utility bill ? You know once you do a little math to figure how much gas money your saving is getting spent on you electric bill.

Anyhoo Lithium Ion batteries are pollution intensive to manufacturer AND dispose of. Well the picture sure makes me feel all fuzzy about the enviroment.

Anyway it's fine as long as it's not in any way mandated eco-nonsense.

Your mentor FFA said this with much more oomph, like his cock was bigger.

I don't think he comes here anymore.
