I think you said this:

"For who? It serves the upper class and occasionally some of the middle class"

I know, you're incapable of thinking about anything besides your dick.
Well, yes I agree that I tend to think with that most of the time.

Saying that I'm a socialist is flat out wrong, though. Why do you think I am? What is my position on other issues, do you know or are you just wanting to pick a fight? I'm a libertarian and a centrist.

By allowing more TREES to grow? Silly.
Not really sure how to answer that.

If there were more oxygen there would be more air to breathe but that doesn't mean that more oxygen is necessarily always better. if there were too much oxygen, for example, the Earth could become very cold and it actually has done that. A long time ago the earth got so cold that It became nothing but a big ice ball. So in order for things to run properly we have to have a proper mixture of oxygen and carbon dioxide. If there were too much carbon dioxide and not enough oxygen, us humans would be in very bad shape.

Yes, I guess it can sound kind of weird for any of this to matter, but it certainly does matter. Most of the time, changes to our ecosystem are very minute over a long time-period. Any sudden change, however, can have catastrophic effects for the inhabitants of the Earth.

Once upon a Time, the Earth did not have an atmosphere of oxygen and carbon dioxide. In that time we didn't have an ozone layer, that came after oxygen got pumped into the atmosphere by living creatures.

Changes that are good for one creature may not be so beneficial to the rest of the creatures. Like when the dinosaurs all died out that left a geological nich where humans could flourish.

Correct, but the amount of CO2 being artificially pumped into the atmosphere is dramatically effecting the environment.
And judging from the ever increasing level of CO2 in the atmosphere, we are pumping more of it into the atmosphere than the planet’s plant life is “breathing.” Not good.

The Dinosaurs were destroyed by a huge asteroid. A SUDDEN change like that could be harmful. One silly degree in one hundred YEARS is no cause for alarm.

You missed the entire point of what I was trying to say. When dinosaurs disappeared it left room for something else to replace them. Why are you claiming that the Earth has only gained 1 degree in a hundred years? That's completely preposterous. I cannot believe that somebody actually told you that or that you read it someplace.

Like I told Leroy. I have kept a daily log for 5 years. Averaged it out. No change. Any theory can be tested. Even stupid REGULAR Americans can read books. Check temps. Keep track. And do arithmetic.

I’ve pointed out to him, and it apparently fell on willfully deaf ears, that life forms tend to survive only within a narrow temperature range. We’ve already heard of salmon dying in Alaska because the water’s too warm for them to survive.
