If this is the “silent majority” our tribalism has reached a new level...
Years ago one of my friends suggested everyone needs to vote. Another asked "what if they vote terribly or are not good hearted people?" Its possible we are seeing some of the other 40% who never vote coming out to vote.

I thought for a long time that the Republicans had simply been conned by the fraud that they elected to the White House. but it is looking more and more like the rank and file actually agree with Trump's views.

Trump says that the four congresswomen with whom he disagrees so vehemently "hate America" because they want to make changes. Well, he wants to make changes as well. He openly says that America isn't great, and so he wants to make her great again. Both sides want to make changes, but they disagree on what changes to make. So, who hates America?

The best case scenario of all of this is that Donald Trump has lanced a festering wound in America and brought the pus to light, where the sore can be drained and begin to heal, but I for one see no healing taking place just yet.

The tweets weren't racist and the voting public is getting tired of these insane levels of hypersensitivity.

Just because they are offensive, they aren't automatically racist.

Apparently, they are only offensive to Democrats and independents. The rank and file Republicans agree with Trump. It must be OK to tell American citizens to "go back where they came from" if you disagree with their politics.

Independents and blue collar dems don't care.
