Remember when Trump said he would only hire the best people?

Yeah, well several folks he handpicked by him seem to have received this Twitter ire, where he tears the leadership of the DOJ and the FBI to pieces in a savage, juvenile Twitter rampage in support of his delusions and diversionary tactics.

Amazingly the senior leadership he attacks, he picked and are Republicans.

Wray, Sessions, Rosenstein, have some fucking pride and resign in protest of such behavior by the president. Jesus, why kowtow to this kind of nonsense?

"The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans - something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago," Trump wrote. "Rank & File are great people!"

The tweet is especially notable since Trump once argued the FBI's mistreatment of a Democrat, Hillary Clinton, in its handling of the investigation into her email server led him to fire Comey. The President, however, would later say that he considered "this Russia thing" before dismissing the FBI director.

The President's tweet also ignores the fact that many senior people involved in the investigation, including Wray, former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and Comey, are all longtime Republicans.

Sessions, Wray, nor Rosenstein should quit based on what Trump thinks. Trump is wrong 95% of the time. People just can't keep quitting because he's wrong.

Sessions was a political pick that backfired on Trump. Wray was not picked by Trump, he was picked for Trump; and Rosenstein was in before Trump.

Let the child have his tantrum.

I think good people quitting would not be a good thing. Wouldn't that be what Trump wants them to do and replace them with lackeys?

I think that Trump is literally doing everything he can to be relieved of his office. But the GOP isn't up to the task.
maybe Republicans are like...all Standing ovations on the outside and ..all Melania on the inside.
