I read about this squirrely building, a 5 star hotel in trashy part of a Baku several months ago with no exists to or from, surrounded on each side with expressway. I don't even know if it ever opened. I heard about it around the time OF the election. I then remember hearing vaguely, TRUMP BAILED ON THE DEAL after he was elected.

It's all starting to come into focus. Surely you've heard of the IRANIAN REVOLUTIONARY GUARD? It was the benefactor of TRUMP'S business partner in this deal in BAKU. I don't understand all the details other than the a whole host of US laws were broken in order for this deal to come off.

I do understand that we have a better chance of having someone hand over Jimmy Hoffa's body than TRUMP agreeing to to turn over his IRS returns. Unless an independent 'prosecutor', the DOJ, Congress, the CIA, MI5 bring the hammer down.

Let's not forget that THIS DEAL is in addition to the piece property down the road here where Trump made $60million on an grossly over inflated piece of property bought by a RUSSIAN OLIGARCH who never stepped foot on the property and that was recently torn down. (To get rid of the evidence).

We find at about these 2 'DEALS' from the 'art of the deal' maker that defy belief in ONE week?

[FONT=&amp]President Donald Trump and his eldest daughter developed a hotel in Azerbaijan that appears to be a corrupt operation run by a family known as “the Corleones of the Caspian” with links to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard.
The Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku — conceived in 2008 as a luxury apartment building but converted in 2014 into a hotel — has never opened, and both local observers and international experts are baffled by the building’s existence, reported The New Yorker.

The project was intended as an “ultra-luxury property” with both hotel and residential space, but both its location and timing are odd, according to the report. Trump Tower Baku is located in an underdeveloped part of the city’s downtown, across the street from a discount shopping center and miles away from the main business district.

“Why would someone put a luxury hotel there?” said former top official in Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Tourism. “Nobody who can afford to stay there would want to be in that neighborhood.”
The Trump Organization announced the project would be converted into just a hotel in 2014, after a construction boom had ended in Baku and luxury hotel occupancy rate hovered around 35 percent, the magazine reported.

A Cornell University expert told The New Yorker that developers of five-star hotels typically must demonstrate an average occupancy rate of at least 60 percent over 10 years.

Newsweek‘s Kurt Eichenwald reported in September that Trump’s financial filings show he’s partners in the Baku deal with the son of Azerbaijan’s transportation minister.

U.S. officials believe that official, Ziya Mammadov, laundered money for the Iranian military, although no formal charges were brought against him or his son, Anar Mammadov — who is Trump’s partner in the Baku hotel venture.

The New Yorker examined Trump’s ties to Ziya Mammadov — one of the wealthiest and most powerful oligarchs in one of the world’s most corrupt nations — and his brother, Elton Mammadov, an influential member of the Azerbaijani parliament, who signed contracts for the project and founded Baku XXI Century, which owns the tower....

Funny how once American banks got tired of Trump ripping them off
with his business model - borrow money and don't pay it back,
Trump started doing "business" with the foreign mobsters.
Maybe that will take him down before
1. the Russian collusion
or
2. his mental instability.

Ziya is a very questionable fellow, for sure. Former Minister of Transport of Azerbaijan. In 2015, his political career was ruined and ended, basically, when, in a bizarre, moviesque episode, special forces of the FSB apparently intercepted and stormed an Azerbaijani container ship on the Caspian Sea, which was headed to Russia's republic of Dagestan (which, by the way, borders Azerbaijan and has a large ethnic Azeri population and big business and political ties with Azerbaijan), which was, allegedly, carrying, I am not joking, 17 fucking tons of Ziya Mammadov's money, in cash, to Russia lol

Guy has big dealings with Azeri mafia in Russia to this day. Helps launder their money and such. Very, very unsavory character.

BINGO!!! That's the contention of all the insiders, pundits and reporters telling us about Trump's deals. His credit rating in the US sank below sea level. He was cut off. The RUSSIAN oligarchy was finding all kinds of MONEY they had to spread around to give it some semblance of legitimacy OR just because there was so damn much of it. A marriage made in heaven. Add in a Manafort who likely made the introductions and we know the rest.

Fucking amazing isn't it!
