Trump broke his promise to fix the debt. He'll blame Congress in 2020.

How can you blame the Democrats when the Republicans had both houses in the presidency
They use the same kind of 'reasoning' and 'logic' that they employ when they try to blame the Great American Housing Bubble of the 2000's on the Democrats, even though the Republicans had COMPLETE control of our government from 2001-2007, when the housing bubble reached ridiculous levels and then exploded, ushering America into the Great Recession. During that time, the Republicans controlled the Presidency under Bush (and Cheney!), the Senate, the House of Representatives, the Federal Reserve under lifelong Republican and Ayn Rand devotee Alan Greenspam, the Supreme Court (with a solid 5-4 or 6-3 majority), and the SEC, the Securities and Exchange Commission, which was asleep at the wheel throughout the whole shebang, with six-figure government employees using their taxpayer-funded time to surf the Internet for porn on government computers.

Glad to be of assistance.

*With trump* It was longer term thinking*since Bush and Cheney were evil*.

Consider, if he shook things up first day every move would be obstructed all the way and any decision would be partisan. So, better to deal with an omnibus (where he snuck in some wall funding language) then to argue every step of the way.

It is fact and Democrats denying border security is proof
Many republicans as well but they’re too scared of the orange buffoon. They say the wall is not an emergency but yet they vote for it. By the way only an extremist would say that Democrats want to deny border security. It’s either all or nothing. Of course we want better border security but we don’t have to spend billions of dollars and take it away from states

We are breaking records for illegals crossing so yes it is an emergency. Unlike Obama who used the same law for foreign counrties, Trump cares about our country.

Look at how Obama only used it for foreign countries.
