Our Former Conservative Prime Minister was filmed mocking Trump. Does that count?
To be fair, you know, Trump doesn't like ANYONE laughing at him. Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats had to publicly apologize for chuckling at his boss, when he was informed in a public setting that President Trump had invited Vladimir Putin to Washington, D.C., for another summit, only a week or two after the Helsinki disaster.

If you work for him, can't even chuckle at the man without facing discipline.

Only reason Turnbull got away with making fun of our great President is because he's over there in Australia, beyond the reach of our law.

Don't you guys have an extradition treaty with us? Can we demand Turnbull's extradition, to face punishment in the United States for making fun of our great President?

Oh, I have no doubt Turnbull was punished somehow. I know Caligula dropped the TPP with us before Turnbull's speech, so maybe he thought that was punishment enough for being the US's most loyal ally for over a century.
