Trump exposed himself (probably not the first time) for what he really is. A fucking traitor and a conman. You fucking Republicans really did it this time.

Trump's own Attorney General and the FBI Director that Trump appointed disagree with Trump.

What a fucking Shit Show. But you knew that, right?

Way to go Trumpster's.

Bring it on. Talking is not a crime. Besides. I saw that interview. And once again.I speak English.
it doesn't have to be a crime for him to be impeached. He takes a oath to uphold the US Constitution...which says he'll...“take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” . He's the president of the United States. Proclaiming that he intends to break the law.

Hillary and the DNC bought and paid for the Steele dossier which was full of information straight out of Russia. You hypocrites know no bounds.
If what hillary and the DNC did was illegal, then why didn't both houses of congress have them prosecuted while they controlled both houses?

Because they expected her to win. You dont think someone who has spent her legal career saying that she doesnt know or remember the answer is really going to get hundreds of thousands of dollars in speaking fees because she has something interesting to say?

Nah, more like, come talk for an hour, we will give a few hundred grand and a donation, then when we talk to madame president can return the favor.

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump says he would listen if a foreign government approached him with damaging information about a political rival -- and wouldn't necessarily report the contact to the FBI.
Trump says he would accept dirt on political rivals from foreign governments - CNNPolitics

Wonder if the GOP now supports this idea from their leader?

Wonder if any PH members agree with Trump on this?

What ever happened to a parties Platform...what they believed in? At one time (when we were a lot greatter than we are now) that was how we made a decision

Not any more.

This has been the strategy since that fool Reagan:

You must never overlook the opportunity to be the injured party ... (Victim hood)

Republican can make this work if people just never figure it out (the need for spin and lies)

Quote X speaker of the House - Republican:
"Well, it`s pretty standard fare in Republican political discourse.
You misconstrue what somebody said,
you isolate a statement,
you lend your interpretation to it, then feign moral outrage."

If trump had a plan...it was only to create hysteria at every rally ... nothing else.

1. The wall -We have not gotten Mexico to agree to pay. Tariffs - Republicans are screaming NOT TO IMPLEMENT THEM.

2. Bigger and better Health care (but the bill they came up didn't come close to what already existed - it went bust - not even enough republicans vote for it, to pass)

3. Prosecute Hillary For what exactly? That didn't matter...saying it over and over did - For the party of law enforcement - it sure didn't matter that the LAW said - no crime was committed - no matter how much republicans use it to manipulate you dumb Arses.. So, just more republican failure to back the law of our land.

4. Bring back the Jobs - My new Carrier reverse heat pump has stamped right on it...Made in China it costed over $4,000 - The exec are the only one who are pleased. Have any of the corporations who laid off the most - returned? No Nike Cisco Systems Apple IBM
Coal? - "Despite Trump promises, coal plants keep closing" (NPR)

The last time I saw the number of manufacturing jobs lost to china, it was over 2 million. How many of these companies has Trump implemented consequences? Yet...another battle cry - for the desperate middle class Americans who so wanted to believe he would bring the jobs back.
So many rallies - so much hysterics - for his trained cheering flock.

They just don't see how the science in psychology warfare were the tools to make them hysterical for Trump. Steve Banno's company...Cambridge Analytical

Steve Bannon's psychological warfare tool- Cambridge Analytical.

"I made Steve Bannon's psychological warfare tool' Former Cambridge Analytic employee Christopher Wylie who whistle blowing announcement showed how the data war worked. Some seem to forget, the data came from Web pages - the pages everyone knows because of the the established IPS address was from Russian spyies-
‘I made Steve Bannon’s psychological warfare tool’: meet the data war whistleblower

Odd...Bannon got the data he needed to conduction military psychological maneuvers on Americans who used social media (80% of voters?)...the social media was packed with military warfare by the Russia

This is what Trump used in 2016 - Cambridge Analytical targeted the Social Media - either to plant methods of warfare...or to gather information to target individuals through their vonerabilities.

Russia was part of the social media warfare, and they got 'what they wanted done' from Cammbridge Analytical. It makes no sense for the whisleblower at cambridge to write a program that needs data - with the Russians involvement in getting Bannon that data - Russia's help.

Nice to see how the Republican operates- absolutely no standards but to win - so they can have the most toys. I won't be happy til every last one is prosecuted for treason.

One would think, that any rational person would not admit that they are open to "dirt" on a political opponent after having the Mueller investigation completed.

Basically, he could not find "guilt" on the consiparcy charges because the Trump Campaign was too stupid to know better. Trump can't use that excuse anymore. Although I highly doubt Trump has taken the time to actually read the Mueller Report.

Under 18 U.S.C. § 951, it is generally illegal to act in the United States as an agent of a foreign government without providing notice to the Attorney General. Although the defendant must act on behalf of a foreign government (as opposed to other kinds of foreign entities), the acts need not involve espionage; rather, acts of any type suffice for liability. See United States v. Duran, 596 F.3d 1283, 1293-94 (11th Cir. 2010); United States v. Latchin, 554 F.3d 709, 715 (7th Cir. 2009); United States v. Dumeisi, 424 F.3d 566, 581 (7th Cir. 2005). An “agent of a foreign government” is an “individual” who “agrees to operate” in the United States “subject to the direction or control of a foreign government or official.” 18 U.S.C. § 951(d). The crime defined by Section 951 is complete upon knowingly acting in the United States as an unregistered foreign-government agent. 18 U.S.C. § 951(a). The statute does not require willfulness, and knowledge of the notification requirement is not an element of the offense. United States v. Campa, 529 F.3d 980, 998-99 (11th Cir. 2008); Duran, 596 F.3d at 1291-94; Dumeisi, 424 F.3d at 581

On the facts here, the government would unlikely be able to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the June 9 meeting participants had general knowledge that their conduct was unlawful. The investigation has not developed evidence that the participants in the meeting were familiar with the foreign-contribution ban or the application of federal law to the relevant factual context. The government does not have strong evidence of surreptitious behavior or efforts at concealment at the time of the June 9 meeting. While the government has evidence of later efforts to prevent disclosure of the nature of the June 9 meeting that could circumstantially provide support for a showing of scienter, see Volume II, Section II.G, infra, that concealment occurred more than a year later, involved individuals who did not attend the June 9 meeting, and may reflect an intention to avoid political consequences rather than any prior knowledge of illegality. Additionally, in light of the unresolved legal questions about whether giving documents and information of the sort offered here constitutes a campaign contribution, Trump Jr. could mount a factual defense that he did not believe his response to the offer and the June 9 meeting itself violated the law. Given his less direct involvement in arranging the June 9 meeting, Kushner could likely mount a similar defense. And, while Manafort is experienced with political campaigns, the Office has not developed evidence showing that he had relevant knowledge of these legal issues

ii. Willfulness
As discussed, to establish a criminal campaign-finance violation, the government must prove that the defendant acted “knowingly and willfully.” 52 U.S.C. § 30109(d)(1)(A)(i). That standard requires proof that the defendant knew generally that his conduct was unlawful. Election Offenses 123. Given the uncertainties noted above, the “willfulness” requirement would pose a substantial barrier to prosecution.

how is Pelosi going to avoid beginning impeachment hearings now?
Just thinking that. This definitely tosses the ball into her court as he pretty much said he would do it. Of course, truthfully, he still could and nobody would know it. He privately chats all day long on his private phone so we dont know who he talks to. See what Pelosi says today.

Also if anybody recalls, in one of his books, he talked about getting "dirt" on potential real estate competitors in NYC so he knew what was going on and how to underbid them. Several have alleged it was the mob feeding him the info. He has often said thats the price you pay for doing business in the city.
