Is it?

That is the military justice system, a branch of the military, and the commander of the military is.......

Once again, avoiding anything resembling in depth thought, careful analysis, and a measured response the president takes to Twitter, shockingly, to attack an institution of the government.

A government which he leads.

Trump on Bergdahl decision: 'Complete and total disgrace' - CNNPolitics

President Donald Trump tweeted Friday that the decision allowing Bowe Bergdahl not to serve prison time is a "complete and total disgrace."He tweeted, "The decision on Sergeant Bergdahl is a complete and total disgrace to our Country and to our Military."

Trump's tweet comes after news that Bergdahl received a dishonorable discharge from the US Army but will avoid prison time for desertion and misbehavior before the enemy after abandoning his outpost in Afghanistan in 2009, a military judge ruled Friday.

President Trump is allowed to express his opinion on this matter, just like the rest of us.

Whether or not he SHOULD express his opinion like this, is up for debate...

Nothing but the best from Mr. Bone Spur. Doesn't seem to bother Fat Asses golf game.

On the other hand when does Trump have anything nice to say. He's insulted Gold Star Families, War Veterans, the Disabled, Women, the Press, and the Justice System (Jeff Sessions). I'm sure I missed some but you get the point.

But Putin? You never hear him say anything bad Putin. What the Fuck is up with that?

Well, not really, he is not the "rest of us"...he speaks as a World leader and his tweet has been read around the world. A real leader would use discretion. I bet he would be singing a different tune if it had been Eric Jr or his other son....who did not serve at all.

Well that, and the WH has confirmed his "tweets" are official POTUS statement.

Shame that most of them are just so embarrassing and show a total lack of understanding on his part on so many key issues.
