is Trump supporters who will be hurt most by the Ryan plan if they manage to breath some life into a new house bill.

The problem with Trump voters isnt Obamacare itself but rather they want the same level of subsidies on exchanges or to qualify for that Medicaid their lazy "undeserving" neighbors get.

After all nearly Four out of ten americans recieve government healthcare in some way shape or form.

Perhaps the time is now to finally transition away from this archaic employer sponsored model once an for all.

Canada did such many decades ago and despite what the pundits say why Canadiens love their healthcare.

Also Canadien employers are more competetive because they are eased of the burden of providing healthcare.

Cmon Trumpers be "honest" you want that same Free or ultra subsidized healthcare your lazy underserving neighbors get and your jealous they get it and you dont.

Everyone wants single payer now.

Whats lacking is the Political Will...

At the current rate of dismay I say in ten years the overwhelming majority of Americans will say screw it and demand Medicaid for all..

Unfortunatly a large chunk of the voting public is so ignorant that wont happen until Premiums become your entire paycheck.

The biggest problem with going to single payer is that it will create a two tier system. Those that can pay and are willing to pay will be able to go to the doctors and facilities that opt out of the government health care program. The rest will wait in line.

Many dont even have a "line" to wait in now....

Gosh it seems the "guarentee" of a Line to wait in is better than no line at all..

And dont give me that bullcrap about Emergency Rooms either...

Yes the ER has to treat ya but they will do the absolute minnimum they have to and not a smidgin more.

And that is all they should do, the absolute minimum. If you decide that you are not going to purchase healthcare insurance, then you rolled the dice... And it came up snake eyes.

There should not have to be any "dice rolling" when it comes to healthcare, every industrialized nation on earth and many 2d tier nations have some form of UHC, why cant we? Are we too stupid? Too Poor?

Other nations don't let nearly half the wage earners pay zero in federal income tax, either. Should we go with that model?

Most other nations dont have nearly as many other taxes and fees or an economic system designed to bleed people dry of every last nickel faster than they can earn em.

Most other developed countries also do a better job of taking care of their working class.

Problem with America is not only do we pay so much in taxes and fees but we get very little back as far as services and a spartan safety net thats always being gutted.

Assuming there is an opt out option.
