So what? It's still not a law or a rule written anywhere.

Yes it is ...

It's part of Due Process.

If the Democrats want to Impeach the President the have to follow due process or it is not legitimate and will simply end up in the courts and that's exactly where it's headed.

Meanwhile the Sheeple like yourself will continue parroting the fake news.

The Trump legal team is a lot smarter and more honest than any of the House Democrats, who have proven to be liars and opportunists.

The Democrats are going to regret their Impeachment shenanigans, as it's already shown to be a farce.
When in desperation mode, trumpsters resort to calling our Constitution a farce. May be they should move to Russia.

It would be cool if on the president's website they later sold a commemorative video of Trump's perp walk.

For the soundtrack I'm thinking Monkey gone to heaven by the Pixies.

You do realize that what that letter states is that Trump is accountable to no one. He's declaring himself an absolute ruler. The executive is a co-equal branch of government and is not above the law as he is insisting. I can't believe you people support such a thing.
If Trump is not above the law, why do Democrats refuse to enforce immigration laws?

Trump is not above the law and that has nothing to do with what Dems do. It's crazy the way reds think there is some sort of parity where for each thing that a blue does wrong they think the reds get to do something wrong too, and that all that is fine somehow.

Talk about psycho reasoning.

What is Trump's crime again? Once again, the democrats are "investigating" to search for a crime; that's backwards, isn't it?
Before anyone is charged with a crime, there’s typically an investigation, that is based on reasonable suspicion that 1) a crime has been committed, and 2) “John Doe” did it. One example might be if money were missing from a corporate account and a certain employee had made purchases that would normally be way beyond his means.

That is the case here with trump. There is reasonable suspicion that he asked, even pressured, the Ukraine’s, to go after the Bidens, perhaps his only attempt ever to go after alleged corruption.

Democrats put illegals above the law and claims no one is above the law. Democrats need to sort their heads out and make their minds up.
