Why do neo-republicans continue to ignore the behavior of the President?

Do they TRULY believe no one has or can see how their attempted defense of Donald Trump are complete BS in light of what most people can and have clearly seen about this President from day one? If anything, this impeachment inquiry has been long overdue.

The talking point that the Mueller report did not uncover anything is complete BS......It only provided MORE evidence to point toward impeachable (Maladministration) Meaning of

The current Trump staff member testifying is continuing to try to claim Democrats have not allowed Trump supporters to defend him or testify (even as he was doing so). How the hell does that stand up against Trump refusing to testify and ordering others to not testify, in spite of subpoena's to do so? He's trying to present a total alternative reality to what most anyone paying attention, have seen and heard from the mouth of the President and a number of his own people.

The only case Trump supporting neo-republicans appear to be trying to make is that Democrats are politically out to get him, yet they refuse to acknowledge the President's OWN behavior and the meaning of "probable cause" to investigate further?

It's not as if there has been no evidence to provide more than sufficient "probable cause" to further invesigate a President that not only walked back many of his campaign promises, (tax returns, who was going to pay for the wall, hundreds, if not thousands of blatant lies by Donald Trump himself, on national television.)

They are going to have to get over the idea that this is about a few lines from a telephone call, but about all the President's habitual behavior, beginning the day he became President, as carried over from his lifelong record of behavior that continually abused money and power for his own interests.

The more the Trumpians try to make this about Hunter Biden, the more that actually make a case against Trump.
By trying to suggest that it was "appropriate" for Trump to inquire about an investigation into Hunter Biden (the son of a POLITICAL RIVAL), they make a case for the appropriatness of Congress, to investigate the POTUS for his behavior in general, if not investigating him about his asking Zelenky about investigating Biden.

Is it the job (much less appropriate for) of the POTUS to ask foreign leaders to investigate the POTUS' political rival's relatives?

We already know Vladimir Putin's position on both Ukraine and on Donald Trump.

As long as Trump remains in office and has a chance of being re-elected, Zlensky is going to do as any intelligent and diplomatic leader would do and not take sides with the impeachment inquiry into Donald Trump, a man who was backed to become President by Zelensky's and Ukraine's chief opponent in Russia.
