No court, including the SCOTUS, has any way of enforcing its decisions. They rely on the Executive Branch to carry out their orders.
I doubt that Trump would even follow a court order.

If the court hands down an unfavorable decision then one would suspect that Trump's lawyers would file an appeal.

Pretty common.

THEN WHAT?
It won't. But let's say,just for fun,it does? Well ,Trump can sue everyone for THEIR tax and businesses. Bury THEM in court costs. Going this route is a two edged sword. Works both ways.
