Will Trump declare a national emergency?

If it was such a emergency why didn't he do something about it while he had the house and the senate? Trump created the Fake Emergency. If it goes to court Trump can't use his Fake Data. He'll lose.

Trump claims the News Media is fake then uses the same platform to drum up his Fake Emergency. You can't make this shit up. The news media (even Fox) is ahead of the game.

We all know he's going to lie. Let the drinking games begin.
Which is probably the number one reason why he didn't pull the trigger on it: he'd have had his fat ass handed to him on a stick if he tried to bullshit his way through the law. I'm sure Senate and House Republicans informed him that if Trump declared a national emergency on this issue it would have been shot down so fast and so hard it'd make the Hindenburg look like a birthday candle.

Somebody better do something, other then surrender by offering up amnesty.
You dodged the question and just threw out a Straw Man before running.

Why haven't Trump and the Republicans offered legislation to make it illegal to hire or harbor illegals? They've had two years to do it but have squandered opportunities. Now they've handed the House to the Democrats. At this rate they'll be handing the WH and Senate to the Democrats in less than 2 years.

For the love of all that is good and holy, can you tell me why on EARTH anyone would want to escape INTO Kansas?
Kansas is great. Liberals often ridicule all of the "fly over" states, but Kansas really is a good heartland state. Besides, any state that has Dorothy's house (Wizard of Oz) in, get this, Liberal, KS, can't be all bad. :)

I guess it depends on what you consider "great." Why do you think Kansas is great?
I edited my post with additions.

It has a wide variety of terrain from forested rolling hills in the east to gently rolling plains in the west and some desert in the south. Manhattan, KS is the home of KSU and is a nice college town. Like Indiana, it's a nice place to live and doesn't deserve the recriminations of snooty coastal liberals.

You're assuming I think Indiana is nice place to live? There are a lot of places in this country I would move to in a heartbeat if I could relocate my businesses there. Still doing research on that.

There are a lot of people here that think Trump can do no wrong. That should give you a clue...

I make no assumptions on what you like. I speak from experience and an effort to reveal what I like about Kansas to what you know about Indiana. If you hate Indiana, you might also hate Kansas for the same reasons. Either way, I only know what I know, not what you know.

At this point I hope Trump does declare a national emergency. It will go to the courts and he'll lose. Judges like facts, not fear mongering, rhetoric and propaganda.

Then what will the President do?

Sheesh. I was making a Kansas JOKE. You and @kmiller1610 need to grow a SENSE OF HUMOR. It will help you in your journey through life, trust me.

I live in Colorado, so I'm not exactly a "snooty coastal liberal". Truth is, we make jokes about ALL the surrounding states.

Nebraska. You know those giant red N letters on the helmets of the University of Nebraska football players? That stands for Nowledge.

Wyoming. Well. Wyoming is where men are men, and sheep are nervous. If you know what I mean.

Utah. Utah is home to the most devout people in America, and where people spend more time surfing the Internet for porn than any other state. Actually, that's not a joke, that's a fact.

Here's another thing about Kansas. Back when they first started colorizing those old black and white movies, someone said they could colorize the first 20 minutes or so of the classic movie 'The Wizard of Oz', the part where Dorothy is in Kansas. If you remember, as soon as she gets to Oz, everything is in vivid color. Others vehemently objected to the idea of doing this, saying it would ruin the movie, missing the whole point of the sudden transition from Kansas to Oz, you see. One of them said, "Instead of colorizing the first 20 minutes of 'The Wizard of Oz', maybe you should think about a large-scale project to colorize Kansas."

So there.
